Character studio apartment in a 18th Century palazzo, superbly located right in the centre of the historical old town of Syracusa (Ortygia), a few steps away from the sea, piazza Duomo and Aretusa Fountain.
Inside a beautifully restored palace a panoramic lift takes you to the studio apartment. It is a tastefully furnished high standard apartment, extensively renovated in 2006 using precious local materials (terracotta floor tiles, woodden beams...).
The apartment is composed of a contemporary living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, it has a comfortable bed and a relaxing bathroom too. it has modern & very well equipped kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave and all the modern appliances.
