A comfortable and spacious house right on the beach, perfect for a family holiday.The villa has been totally restructured in the year 2010, the location is possible from July 01 for groups of 10 /14 people .The extensive terraces offer a splendid setting for relaxing during the day and sea front dining during the evening. The Villa has been selected among the villas of the coast of palermo as center of recordings national television RAI 3 thanks to the insides pleasant and to the suggestive position on the sea The house has a large and bright living/diningroom well articulated with many private sitting areas with access to a large terrace with sea view of the bay. The villa is on two floors communicating with an internal stair ,every apartment has three bedrooms ,two bathrooms and a bright living/diningroom . Outside the house is surrounded by large outdoor terraces with direct access to the beach. On the beach itself is a large store room for equipment including sunshades and beach furniture. The central heating and the air conditioning make the house very comfortable all year round. The house is set on a sandy beach on the coast near to Capo Zafferano just East of Palermo. There are several restaurants and bars in the nearby towns of Porticello and Aspra, whereas Palermo itself is about thirty minutes drive away. The Roman remains at Solunto are definitely worth a visit, as is Cefalu and the villas of Bagheria.
