Exceptional apartment at ground floor (easier for mothers with pushchair and old people)giving back side on a charming garden with all comfort, remade as good as new end of 2004. Located at Saint Mandé, East of central Paris, close to the XII ième district of Paris and at some steps of the wood of Vincennes, the apartment is located in a small building in a place with good people. Located in the centre of the town of SaintMandé, it is close to shops (bakery, food,..)and close to some good restaurants, pizzeria, and others. It is only 300 m far (5 minutes walk) of line 1 of the subway metro (station St Mandé). It makes it possible to go anywhere into Paris while remaining the evening to calm. Ideally located, it is on the right side of Paris to go to Disneyland Paris. Its oak parquet floors and mouldings plaster of the ceiling were preserved and renovated like the rest of the apartment. The beds are comfortable including the sofa bed in the last room choosen with big width and great confort. The apartment gives side court, on a small quite pleasant garden, to which one has access by the door window room.
