Villa in quiet but convenient location close to beach and village.
The villa is situated in a small residential area between the village of Pals and Pals beach. The beach is 3 km away. There is a local supermarket, patisserie, restaurant all within a 5 minute walk. The villa is on one floor and therefore ideal for a family holiday, children and the elderly. All the windows have security bars. Open lounge/diner and kitchen. The lounge area opens onto the large back terrace. There is free view sky satellite television, DVD, Video and CD radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric fan oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and double sink. Laundry room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave.
