Beautiful farmhouse which has been completely restored and split into three holiday apartments. Set on the slopes of a hill, the farmhouse is part of a farm estate which produces wine and olive oil. Beautiful views over the countryside and surrounding plains. Peaceful position even although a road passes by 700 m from the house. The shared swimming-pool (10x5) and garden equipment is set amid the olive grove terracings near to the house. Comfortably furnished with some period pieces too. Each apartment has satellite TV. Access along 900 m of dirt track road.
On request: laundry and ironing service, babysitter, the possiblity of organizing guided tours of museums and cities of art, fabric decorating laboratories and/or technical graphic labs, walking excursions in the surrounding countryside or in the nearby mountains, to participate in the grape harvesting (September/October) and the harvesting of the olives with tour of the pressing mill (November/December).
