Independent villa on 2 floors: it’s possible to rent ground floor (capacity 6 persons) and, with a little price’s difference, the first floor (capacity 4 persons): total capacity 10 persons. The person who rent the ground floor could rent the first floor as an option: the FIRST FLOOR DOESN’T RENT SEPARATELY. The villa has an exclusive entry and a big parking. It’s in the quiet green of a beautiful hill, and surrounded by smells of Mediterranean olive and citrus trees.
VILLA ROSSELLA has each comfort: conditioned air, digital TV, barbeque, chimney, a big balcony, English lawn… Villa can comfortably host 10 persons, it has 3 roomy bedrooms, a big living room, 2 bathrooms with showers, a kitchen and a kitchenette very full optional. Tariffs including water, gas and light purchases. We can offer the possibility to have bath and bed linen wit a reasonable price.
It’s near Ionio Sea (10 minutes): transparent water, very thin sand, pine-wood. It’s in the centre of Old Magna Greece, near historical- cultural places (Metapontum, Heraclea, Matera’s Sassi) and naturalistic places (Pollino’s Park). You can do sports practice in credited clubs (tennis, swimming, golf, riding, saling).
