On the same grounds there is another houses with 3 apartments small house "Il Roccolo", in a quiet position on a slope, 500 m from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: park 10'000 m2, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house. 500 m steep footpath to the house. Covered parking at 80 m. Grocers, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach 1 km. Please note: car essential. Railway line 300 m from the property. The beach can be reached also via a foot path (500 m).
