Near to the historic centre of Perugia and the Trasimeno lake, at 15 km distance from Assisi; the apartment is located in a quiet residential zone, surrounded by green areas.
It is at the first of a two floor residential building of 1997. Newly restructured and furnished.
It consists of:
- a large dining hall and sitting room with two sofa (one of which is a sofa bed) and chairs, tv set, hi fi, cd player with a large balcony equipped with table and chairs
- a fully equipped large kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer
- two triple and one double bedrooms with wardrobe and parquet paving
- two large bathrooms: one with shower and the other with basin.
- a large garage
- a lift that connects the flat to the garage
To visit Perugia from the Arco and Pozzo Etrusco to the Fontana Maggiore, from the Palazzo dei Priori to the paintings of "Il Perugino" is easy without car. The Santa Sabina Golf Club, the Lacugnano Park with shared swimming pool and the famous village of Corciano are at 1 km distance from the apartment. The main art umbrian cities such as Assisi and Spello (15 Km), Gubbio (45 Km), Spoleto (65 Km), Todi (40 km) and some of those of Tuscany(Siena-90 Km, Arezzo-90 km, Firenze-150 km) may be easily reached by car, train or bus. In the area of Terni-90 km (Umbria) we suggest to visit Orvieto and the Marmore waterfalls.
