Surroundings
The Poggio delle Civitelle farmhouse complex is an estate of 400 hectares. It is 600 metres above sea level. The estate is between Bevagna and Gualdo Cattaneo. The grounds are hilly and have a small lake, olive trees, woods and 18 km of walking paths. The reception, hotel, restaurant and swimming pool are at the entrance. An unmade road leads to the 28 apartments from the main building. The apartments are IT-06031-02, IT-06031-07 and IT-06031-09. There is another swimming pool at the apartments. You can enjoy splendid views of the sloping landscape from there. Each apartment has a small private terrace with garden furniture. The five wooden chalets, IT-06031-08, are a few hundred metres away from the apartments. They are near a small lake in a quiet spot. All apartments are simply furnished and are perfect for people who want to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The farmhouse complex produces olive oil and very good quality wines such as Sagratino di Montefalco and Montefalco Rosso. Other home produced foods are served in the restaurant such as meat, cheese and vegetables. You can enjoy daytrips to Bevagna, Perugia and Spoleto.
