In the northern part of the district 15 (arrondissement 15) close to district 7, this cosy (18m² ~200 sqft) apartment offers all components to make your stay in Paris enjoyable. It is quiet and located 90 boulevard de Grenelle on the second floor (french standard) of a small inside building.
The apartment was fully renovated in 2007. It is furnished in modern style. The main room is covered with wooden carpet. It accommodates a comfortable double sofa bed which can be converted in a comfortable double bed ( size 200 X140 ). LCD TV set with DVD/CD players, card phone and WIFI Internet access are available.
The open kitchen with a window is fitted with all necessary amenities such as fridge, hotplates, microwave, washing/dryer machine, coffee maker, toaster.
The washing room avails a shower, a wash basin and a WC.
The apartment is well located in a busy street with all kind of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There is an open market twice a week just in front of the buiding. The “rue du Commerce” very close will offer you all shopping possibilities. The neighbourhood is friendly and cosmopolitan.
