The apartment of 34m² (~370 sqft) is located 7 rue Toussaint Féron on the third and last floor in a small building with access code facing an open courtyard. The first metro station “Tolbiac” is approximately 50 m away. Place d’Italie metro station can be reached in few minutes.
The double exposure makes the apartment very clear and a pleasant place to live.
This 13th arrondissement is in itself very interesting. The two most important points of interest are : Gobelins street, where king Louis XIV set up in 1667 the Royal Crown pieces of furniture’s manufacture, still producing tapestries for the National Furniture, it was famous all around Europe in the 18th century, but the existing building dates from 1914 and Choisy Avenue, where starts the Asian district, the widest of Europe.
