Nice cosy 55 sq. meters flat, good building with concierge, near Place d’Italie and Butte-aux-Cailles. The Maison Blanche underground station is three minutes away on foot through a pleasant public garden, and the underground takes you to Notre-Dame and the Louvre in fifteen minutes. The brand-new streetcar, and buses, are nearby too. The flat entrance is on the ground floor. The flat itself overlooks the boulevard, beyond a tiny garden, and is very sunny, facing South. No building opposite, just the wide tree-lined boulevard and a park on the other side. Newly painted (smokers need not apply). Parquet floor. Parking space in the basement, maximum height of vehicle: 1m70. All shops and a supermarket are a couple of minutes away on foot.
The door opens onto a small lobby with a half-moon table. Straight ahead, the kitchen: electric hotplates, microwave oven, electric oven. Deep-freeze in the pantry.
