The 7th arrondissement is considered as the most residential and for tourisms the most central of Paris.

Tourist visitors are within a walking distance of a lot famous places such as Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais, Concorde, Le Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, Champs Elysées and last but not least Invalides.
From the 2 métro stations Ecole Militaire (~250m) and Saint François Xavier entire Paris is easily within reach.
Next door to the apartment or around the corner are a lot of famous restaurants, cafés and pubs.
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a well kept late 19th century building with access code and concierge. It is facing a wide a courtyard with shrubs. Although located right in the heart of Paris, it enjoys an unique quietness.
This one bedroom apartment of 41 m² (440sqft) has an unconventional arrangement which makes it a very pleasant place to live. It is covered with wooden floor or tiles. When you enter the apartment, on the left there is a small dining room with window from where you can reach easily a double bed on a mezzanine.
Beside, the kitchen is fitted with all necessary amenities such as dish washer, fridge, microwave, cooking plates…The bathroom has a shower, a wash basin, a washing machine and a WC.
On the right after the entrance door, there is the main living room provided with a well light and nicely furnished with two sofa beds for one person. A cable TV and a card phone are at your disposal. Internet access is provided.
