Sun Village is located in the town of Palau Saverda, at 5 km from the coast of the Costa Brava, at ca. 35 km from the French border. The development is quietly located at a short distance from the lively crowds of Rosas and Empuriabrava, and various Spanish towns and villages inland. Figueras is 15 km away, with its beautiful Dalí museum. Girona, easily accessible via Ryanair for example, is definitely worth a visit. You will find many tapas bars, shops and restaurants in its historical city centre.
Sun Village is an ideal home base to go exploring the Costa Brava and Catalonia. In the immediate proximity there are several nature areas where you can make lovely walking trips. A day's excursion by car in the Pyrenees is very recommended. Sports fans will find everything they need, you can go walking, cycling, water sporting or climbing in many areas. And for culture vultures a visit to Barcelona - easily accessible by train or car - is a must. A diversified destination and a luxury holiday home: absolutely recommended!
