Characteristic country cottage (82 m2) set halfway up a hill (300 m a.s.l.) near the picturesque medieval hamlet of Guadamello (grocery shop). Beautiful views of the castle of San Vito and the surrounding woods. Good level of peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by 5000 m2 of grounds with woods and lawn with an irregular-shaped swimming pool (6x12 with Roman stairway) that is well equipped and accessorised with a pool house (oven, barbecue, sink, as well as a tavern with fireplace). Parking in a shaded area. Access to the house along 1.3 km of dirt track road. DISTANCES: 5 km Otricoli (all kinds of shops), 38 km Cascata delle Marmore, 45 km Spoleto, 49 km Todi, 60 km Rome, 89 km Assisi.
