Our apartment is on the first row of the residence “Santa Lucia” and it enjoys of a beautiful full sea view. The residence Santa Lucia has 40 terraced houses arranged on four rows. Valeria’ s villa is located on the front row, as you can see on the photos. In front of the apartment , there is a private nice lawn garden which separates the house from the residence garden and a beautiful huge swimming pool.
Our guest can go to the sea with a three minutes walk: they can either choose the splendid sandy beaches or the wonderful reef inlets. The colours of the water look like the Caribbean sea. Whitest beaches are alternated to reef inlets bordered by Mediterranean green spots and beach dunes. These natural dunes are rich of scents of wild grass. Every year this part of the Apulien southern coast gets the mark of “European Blue Flag” for the transparency and cleanliness of its sea.
