Characteristic stone-built house (130 m2) obtained from the careful and highly personalised restoration of an ancient water mill. Set on a hill immersed in woods with marked routes ideal for walks and mountain bike excursions. Particularly peaceful position. The house is surrounded by several panoramic terracings, set on different levels and crossed by several streams, some of which flow along routes which were carved out of the rock in order to carry the water to the mill.
