Surroundings
Casa Esquina (95 m2) is located in Orihuela Costa, behind the Villa Martin golf course, about 4 km from the La Zenia beaches. There are two communal swimming pools within walking distance that are open all year round. The holiday home has a large fenced off garden (135 m2) where children can play safely and it has its own car park on the grounds. The garden has subtropical plants with oleanders and a few colourful flowerbeds. There is a rising footpath from the car park on the grounds to the terrace enabling less able persons to reach the terrace easily. After that, a small step to the entrance is the only obstacle. Behind the house is a large terrace offering plenty of space for healthy meals.
The holiday home is pleasantly equipped. Moving the bedroom down to the living room produced plenty of living space with an eating area fitted with air conditioning. This has two complete box-spring roll-away beds, ideal for two extra persons. The air conditioned bedrooms on the first floor offer access to the balcony with a view of the surroundings. You can reach the roof garden/solarium with two sun beds so you can sun bathe unobserved. There is a pretty view of the golf course and in the distance, the sea. A few minutes away by car are two more pretty golf courses making this house a great place for a sporting and sunny holiday. The pleasant Plaza Villa Martin with several bars and restaurants is 500 m away. The nearest supermarket is also here, as well as banks and a pharmacie. Torrevieja is 8 km. Basically, it is a practical and comfortable house for a great holiday!
