This beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is perfectly located, close to the Promenade des Anglais and within a short walking distance of the beach and the train station.
The Baumettes Quarter is the most elegant and central living area of the city.
First of all, the private lift (!!! ) to join the flat on the fift level, the upper one of the building.
The living area is about 105 sq meters comprises three bedrooms and three large terraces (amount : 95 sq meters...).
