Private: grounds 16'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool with built-in steps (10 x 5 m, depth 140 - 180 cm, 01.06.-30.09.). Parking. Shop 7 km, grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, tennis 500 m, golf course 8 km. Please note: car essential. A watercourse (2 m deep and 5 m wide) flows alongside the grounds for 50 m (no safety rails). The grounds are partly enclosed. Available: indoor heated swimming pool 28 degrees (7 m x 4 m, depth 160 cm), jacuzzi for 3 people.
