Farmhouse situated in a splendid position in the hills near Molin del Piano and approx. 18 km from Florence, which you can reach in about 20-25 minutes by car. The property, which is set inside an estate of 18 hectares with woods and olive tree groves, has been divided into 4 apartments, two of which are inhabited by the owners. Large outdoor areas where the above-the-ground swimming pool (6x12) (15/5-30/9) is located are at the guests' disposal. Parking shaded by tall standing trees. Barbecue. Shared laundry facilities. Access to the property along 200 m of dirt track road. The two apartments can be rented together under the name ISOLINA 12; they communicate internally on the ground floor by means of the kitchens and on the first floor by two bedrooms.
