An independent holiday home measuring approximately 75 m2 and boasting a private, walled garden and surrounded by woodlands and olive groves. The house has undergone total renovation works while still retaining the rustic characteristics of this type of house with wooden ceilings and exterior stone façades. Furnishings are traditional in style with all mod cons, including satellite TV, microwave, etc. Heating is by chimney and radiators. Little pool (above ground) 5 x 2,5 m.
The holiday home is just 2 km from the centre of Marliana where guests will find shops, bars, a pizzeria, a roast goods store and a chemist. Ten kilometres away you will find Montecatini Terme, famous for its thermal spas and of course a wealth of restaurants, bars, supermarkets as well as a train station. The location is perfect for those who wish to visit the Tuscan cities of art (Florence, Pisa and Lucca) which are all within easy reach. Perfect also for a relaxing break, thanks to the temperate climate of the area.
The mushroom seasons are from May to June and September to October. The chestnut season is from September to October (typical Tuscan chestnuts).
