Country house (400 m2) on the Lombard plain, inside a natural park, amidst the cultivated fields, where you can still see birds of various species, among which herons. You can easily reach Lake Garda and the beautiful city of Mantova. On the grounds with lawn adjacent to the property you will find the swimming pool (6x12) (1/6 - 30/9) with equipped gazebo. The caretaker lives in a separate wing inside the building. DISTANCES: 1 km from grocery shop, 4 km Goito (various shops), 14 km Mantua, 26 km golf course, 28 km Peschiera del Garda and the other towns on Lake Garda, 30 km Verona, 92 km Padua, 120 km Venice.

The lounges are furnished with antiques. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms have simple but functional furnishings. A baby-bed and crib are available for the guests. Central heating.
