This beautiful 19th century stone building, typical of Brittany, is in the port of Lyvet, only 7 km from the Medieval town of Dinan and 25 km from the coastal towns of Saint-Malo and Dinard. The house boasts a superb view over the marina.
A number of activities are available in the area surrounding the house: canoeing, windsurfing, horse riding, boat rides on the Rance and golf. Caen and its memorial are 2 hours away by car.
