FABRICA HOUSE is a 100-year-old stone building, originally used as an olive factory, carefully restored into a traditional rustic style two-storey house suitable for 2-5 persons.
It is quietly located in the traditional village of Anopolis about 100 m from the village square. In the village one finds several cafenions, tavernas and a minimarket.
Further shops can be found down in Kokkini Hani some 5 km away, where there are also some beaches.
The gate opens into a small yard from where one enters the house.
On the ground floor is a spacious and comfortable furnished living room with wooden ceiling, TV, fireplace, separate WC with washing machine.
Next to it is a cosy terrace full of flowerpots and surrounded by a small garden,a BBQ and a stone oven.
The open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining room is separated from the living room by a stone archway.
From the living room a spiral staircase leads to the first floor into the open bedroom with 2 single beds and a large veranda facing the Dikti Mountains and the small Monastery of Agios Ioannis.
Next to it is a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom en suite with bath/WC and a small balcony.
A nice place to relax and take part in village life.
