Situated in this friendly and magnificent region at the foot of the Montagne Noire, on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Cesseras, you will find Le Cigalou . A spacious and comfortable house that can be rented by 6 to 8 persons. Beautiful view on the village, sometimes you can even see the snowy mountain peaks of the Pyrenees! The house is surrounded by an enclosed and attractively laid out garden, and has a private swimming pool (8x4m). On the covered terrace you will find several garden chairs and lounge chairs, a table and a barbecue. You can make beautiful walks straight from the villa. The municipal tennis court of Cesseras is at your disposal. All the necessary shops (cafés, restaurants, nice terraces) are to be found in Olonzac at a distance of only 5 kilometer.
A sunny and comfortably furnished house, fitted with all modern conveniences. There is a spacious living room on the ground floor with a large table surrounded by chairs, a television set and a woodburner. The kitchen has a microwave, oven and a dish washer. On the ground floor you will also find a spacious double bedroom (180 x 200) and a shower/toilet, a scullery (with washing machine) and the hall way.
On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the landing you will find a large collection of books. All the bedrooms have single beds, which can be transformed into a double bed if necessary (180 x 200) with the help of a thin mattress that covers the two separate mattresses. When necessary there is a fourth bedroom available with a bunk bed.
This house has internet connection.
The bedrooms upstairs have airconditioning, downstaires is one mobiele airconditioning.
In this rental between juin and september a tourist tax is applicable. This will be taken off of your deposit (about 0.40 cts for renters older than 13 year).
