My apartment is located in a private complex in a generally quiet part of exclusive Cabo Roig area of south Costa Blanca and situated just 200m from the sea. There are several amenities within the extensive and beuatifully landscaped grounds including BBQ area, floodlit tennis courts, childrens' play area and 3 swimming pools with a jazucci.
The nearest restaurants and bars, shops and banks are just 200m away.
There are 3 championship golf courses within 10 minutes drive. The 'Blue Flag' sandy beach of Cabo Roig is a leisurely 10-minute stroll with several other beaches including La Zenia, Cala Capitan and Campoamor are less than 2km away. There is free parking at all these beaches. Water sports, go-karting, a bowling-alley, cinema, and an aqua park at Torrevieja, are other local activities.
For more extensive shops and those interested in night life, the popular, bustling town of Torrevieja is just 10km away.
