Vivenda Casanova: in the middle of Algarve, ideal geographical situation for those who wish to radiate in Algarve, to make excursions in the mountains;
to benefit from the beaches or space and the peaceful mood of the house. This place is called “Monte Joao Preto” which is located in front of the sea. This is an old farm which was renovated in 2001, and now it represents two joining houses. In one of them the owners are living. One can reach the house by a cemented road where only the inhabitants have the right to pass.
Splendid panoramic view on the hills and the sea, very calm atmosphere. There is a big terrace of 60 m2, located on the first floor, and reserved exclusively to tenants, where evenings are unforgettable.
The house is spacious. It includes two entries. One of them leads to the living room and the other one to the kitchen (very well equipped). This part of the house overviews the south, and the rooms - the west. One of the rooms and the bathroom are mansard-roofed. The decoration is delicate. The library is at your disposal (books in French).
During winter time the major part of the house is heated by the fireplace and there are radiators in the rooms. Baby bed can be provided. There is a spacious yard “calçada”. There is also another terrace that can be shared (photo: panoramic view). Soil is with orchard and vegetable garden. You will be able to make strolls and jogging along the way of small nearby roads. Sheets and hand towels are provided.
It is an ideal place for 4-6 persons.
