Very nice villa with 2 independants floors, 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The 2 floors have been reformated completely between 2004 and 2009. Private swimming pool 9x4,5 with terasse, sea vue and Peñon de Ifach. Bar, bbcue, kitchen (oven, cooker, fridge, sink, dishwasher) all outside. A terasse to eat outside without sun. All that you need to live and eat outside. All confort for a baby. In 2 of the bedrooms you will enjoy, from the beds, of the stunning sea view !!!
Bed linen and towels included, cleaning of the swimming pool and last cleaning of the villa too.
Villa and the environment confortable, good to have a relaxing holiday.
Guarantee deposit 500 euros. Sunshade carpark for 2 cars, the others cars can park at 70m.

The swimming pool is completely enclose with a safety barrier. Like this children could not access alone to the swimming pool. If you prefer we can put it out, it's a detachable barrier.
We don't accept group of young people less than 25 years.
