Tenuta le Silve is a country estate in the heart of the Monte Subasio National Park.
The estate is 230 hectares and 700 metres above sea level. The entrance to the estate hosts reception, a smart attractive restaurant and a hotel with a swimming pool. There are three swimming pools on the estate. This is the perfect holiday destination when you want to enjoy wonderful scenery and to discover Umbria. Many historic places are within easy reach. Perugia is 38km, Assisi is 10km and Gubbio is 25km. Lago Trasimeno is 50km away. You can also enjoy a ‘discovery tour’ through the superb Le Marche region. There is a riding school on the estate where you can enjoy horse riding.
You can enjoy delightful walks or just relax at the swimming pool and admire the splendid panoramic views. Tenuta le Silve is a superb destination in autumn and spring. The paths through the woods on the country estate are unmade. The holiday homes are a few kilometres from the reception and the restaurant. The rustic ‘Le Selve’ consists of 4 apartments, IT-06081-03, and enjoys delightful views. The swimming pool is 500 metres from the holiday home. ‘Basaletto’ consists of 4 apartments, IT-06081-05 and IT-06081-06. ‘Il Fienile’ has 9 apartments, IT-06081-04. They are in a different part of the country estate. There is a swimming pool next to these two rustic houses. Each apartment has its own garden furniture and there is a communal BBQ. The country estate has no supermarkets. Assisi is half an hour’s drive away due to the winding local road. Tenuta le Silve promises beautiful scenery and complete tranquillity.
