It is just 300 metres from the Playa de Sant Elm beach. You can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the apartment complex communal gardens from the covered, private sun terrace. The apartment has access to the sea and the pebble beach. The beach has a restaurant.
You can enjoy lots of leisure and water sports activities in the surrounding area. The town of Andratx with its lovely little streets and the Port dAndratx fishing harbour are nearby. You can see the island of Sa Dragonera from the Sant Elm beach. The island has been declared a national park It is a living museum of the flora and fauna of the Balearic Islands. The islands capital of Palma de Majorca is 40 km away. Its splendid, historic cathedral, attractive shopping streets and squares are well worth a visit. The foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains make this an excellent area for walkers.
